AssetCasa focuses on UK property research, advice on new-build and resale homes, and practical support through the buying process. Since 2015, the team has built experience across international agency and UK developer roles, with a clear view of the market, property characteristics, client needs and the route from choosing a home to completing a transaction.
The team works with Chinese-speaking clients worldwide across investment, owner-occupation, family purchases and overseas asset planning. Its work covers both developer-led new homes and the local resale market, with access to tax, legal and mortgage professionals when a client's situation requires additional support.
